Position: System Developer 

Compensation: $100k – $115k/yr, depending on experience

Location: Lakewood, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled System Developer to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design and implement AI system components and microservices
• Integrate AI services with enterprise applications
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Accelerate development using AI-assisted tools
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation solutions
• Package AI components using containerization
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for model delivery
• Collaborate with legal and security teams for compliance
• Write unit and integration tests for AI components

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years of IT experience
• Experience in system development and AI/ML components
• Proficiency in Python and ML/AI libraries
• Established SQL skills and data engineering knowledge
• Experience in web frameworks and microservices
