Position: Staff Civil Designer

Compensation: $45 – $55 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Bloomington, Minnesota

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Staff Civil Designer to join their team!

Join a dynamic team working on civil site development projects with municipalities and utility companies. This role offers the opportunity to utilize your design skills to support a variety of clients, primarily local government, utilities, and industrial clients. The position is open to enhance the team’s design and drafting capabilities, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design civil engineering projects including site design and land development
• Execute civil design assignments using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Analyze reports and data to plan and design projects
• Incorporate design codes and specifications
• Review design drawings for quality assurance
• Coordinate design tasks with project team members

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in drafting technology or related field with 7 years experience
• Expert understanding of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with pipe networks
• Experience with microstation
