Position: Senior Applications Specialist

Compensation: $80 – $92 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Applications Specialist to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Plan and maintain AEC applications for internal clients
• Deploy and support AEC applications as required by business demand
• Lead administration and develop automation routines
• Coordinate between IT disciplines and Global Practices
• Build effective relationships with existing and new clients
• Troubleshoot critical issues and escalate unresolved problems
• Develop application test plans and record outcomes
• Analyze reoccurring issues and recommend preventative actions
• Create system architecture diagrams for critical systems
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior staff

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, CAD, Engineering or related field
• 8 years professional experience in design application programs
• Expert knowledge of Autodesk, Bentley, Hexagon, ESRI
• Exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with customers
• Proven ability to develop strong relationships with clients
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to independently set and meet multiple deadlines

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with other engineering and design software suites
• Knowledge of operational efficiencies in project execution
• Experience in creating seamless integration and improving data management
