Position: Applications Specialist

Compensation: $40 – $55/hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Applications Specialist to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as an Applications Specialist, where you’ll play a crucial role in resolving internal customer issues with design-related programs. This opportunity offers a chance to work in a high-volume environment, providing solutions and enhancing productivity across various business units. If you’re passionate about IT and have a knack for communication, this role is your gateway to making a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Answer calls, emails, and chat sessions from internal clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve design application issues
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles
• Assist in improving internal IT processes
• Communicate progress and resolve customer problems
• Research and document product defects
• Deploy specialized applications for business units
• Participate in product BETA programs
• Manage AEC product licenses
• Provide peer training and presentations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, CAD, Engineering, or related field
• 4 years of experience working with Design Technology platforms
• Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with dev teams
• Time management skills
• Experience in smaller firms with diverse roles
