Position: Senior Cost Analyst
Compensation: $ 90,000 – $ 100,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

As the Senior Cost Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving cost reduction and improving profitability. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Maintain and update standard costs in ERP systems
- Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare detailed cost reports for management
- Review and reconcile inventory transactions
- Provide cost analysis for new product development
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate to improve costing processes and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with policies and accounting standards
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in cost accounting in manufacturing
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with inventory management
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- CPA or CMA certification
- Experience with process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
- Ability to present financial data to non-finance stakeholders
- Knowledge of variance analysis and margin analysis
