Position: Senior CNC Programmer

Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior CNC Programmer to join their team!

This opportunity arises due to the company’s expanding project portfolio, offering you a chance to work on diverse and exciting assignments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop and optimize 5-axis CNC toolpaths
• Interpret engineering drawings for custom programming
• Collaborate with teams on high-volume, diverse projects
• Utilize Mastercam for advanced multi-axis programming
• Manage workflow, tooling, and inventory efficiently

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years in 4- and 5-axis CNC programming
• Proven Mastercam programming experience
• Strong understanding of G-code fundamentals
• Experience with tooling and machining methods
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and Rhino3D

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with additive manufacturing
• Knowledge of large-scale 3D printing
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
