Position: Senior CNC Technician

Compensation: $67,000 – $73,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior CNC Technician to join their team!

This is an opportunity to collaborate across departments, influence best practices, and lead as the highest-level CNC expert. The role is open due to the need for strategic machining decisions and leadership in process improvements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Operate CNC machines with high autonomy
• Make strategic machining decisions
• Collaborate across departments
• Influence process optimizations
• Provide leadership and mentorship
• Develop best practices for CNC operations
• Drive improvements in fabrication workflows
• Ensure high accountability and professional standards

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 7+ years of CNC machine operation experience
• Expert in CNC machining and fabrication
• Advanced program modification skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability
• Familiarity with G-code and M-code

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• OSHA 10 certification
• Experience mentoring CNC operators
• Track record in complex fabrication work
• Proven technical leadership skills
