Position: Accounts Payable Analyst

Compensation: $23 – $25 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
• Review and analyze payment data for compliance
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Verify invoice approvals, purchase orders, and coding
• Assist with supplier inquiries and support
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and vendors
• Maintain departmental guidelines and documentation standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and multi-task oriented
• 1 to 2 years accounts payable experience
• Knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP Systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with vendor management
• Familiarity with corporate safety policies
