Position: OCM Training Development Coordinator – WalkMe Builder

Compensation: $85 – $90 /hour

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled OCM Training Development Coordinator – WalkMe Builder to join their team!

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic organization on a short-term 3-month contract. The role involves designing and implementing in-app guidance and digital adoption solutions using the WalkMe DAP platform to enhance user productivity and support change initiatives. This position requires close collaboration with various business stakeholders, offering a chance to make a significant impact on user experience and adoption.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Design and build in-app guidance using WalkMe
  • Collaborate with change management and IT teams
  • Test and optimize WalkMe content across environments
  • Monitor usage and improve content effectiveness
  • Translate complex processes into simple user guidance

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience with WalkMe or similar digital adoption platforms
  • Understanding of user workflows and UX best practices
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • 5+ years in change management or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Familiarity with SAP S/4
  • WalkMe Builder certification
