Position: ServiceNow Developer

Compensation: $ 55 – 62 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join their team!

Join a dynamic team where you’ll design and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, supporting various business functions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SAM, HRSD, CSDM, and CMDB. This role offers the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems using APIs and IntegrationHub
• Implement and maintain a healthy CMDB following CSDM principles
• Develop automation solutions to streamline processes
• Enhance platform performance through proactive maintenance
• Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices
• Conduct unit testing and issue resolution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Research and implement emerging ServiceNow technologies

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Proven expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SAM, HRSD, CSDM, and CMDB
• Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP integrations
• Familiarity with ServiceNow data structures and business rules

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Implementation Specialist Certifications (ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HRSD)
