Position: Member Services Coordinator

Compensation: $24 – $26 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Member Services Coordinator to join their team!

Join a dynamic team that supports professional membership and MLS subscribers. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and a knack for navigating multiple systems. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Act as primary contact for members via phone and email
• Maintain accurate member and subscriber records
• Support onboarding and compliance queries
• Process payments in Association Management System
• Use reporting tools for member services and tracking
• Utilize Zendesk and Microsoft Office for requests and documentation
• Collaborate with executive and administrative teams
• Provide backup support during peak periods

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong customer service mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable with multiple software systems
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Collaborative team player
• Ability to manage competing priorities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Zendesk
• Technical aptitude for new tools
• Experience in a professional office environment
