Position: Claims Manager
Compensation: $50,000 – $58,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Claims Manager to join their team!
This opportunity is centered around claims management, focusing on Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care claims after initial submission. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently. The Claims Manager will oversee Business Office Managers across five facilities and communicate regularly with administrators. This position is ideal for someone looking to make a significant impact in a stable environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care claims post-submission
- Edit and submit electronic claims following Medicare guidelines
- Review Medicare Common Working File for coverage
- Process reconsiderations and appeals with supporting documentation
- Handle manual claims processing and resolve complex denials
- Document collection efforts in PointClickCare notes
- Ensure accurate electronic claim submission (UB04 formats)
- Supervise AR functions across five facilities
- Communicate regularly with facility administrators
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care claims
- Knowledge of electronic billing and regulatory compliance
- Experience with provider contracts and prior authorizations
- Familiarity with Medicare Direct Data Entry and Common Working File
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Effective communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Prior AR leadership experience
