Position: IT Support Technician

Compensation: $25 – $27 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Support Technician to join their team!

Join a dynamic team in the heart of downtown OKC! This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Technician to provide crucial onsite support for a vibrant office of around 60 people. The role is flexible, offering 25-30 hours per week, potentially increasing to 30 hours for eligibility for benefits. You’ll be the go-to expert for Mac and Microsoft systems, ensuring seamless operations and supporting day-to-day technical needs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide front-line technical support for staff
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues onsite
• Set up devices and configure basic systems
• Coordinate with MSP to implement IT tasks
• Execute security protocols and IT standards
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in implementing new software and tools
• Manage hardware inventory and device lifecycle

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with Mac systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft software
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage hardware and software setups
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with MSP coordination
• Knowledge of IT security protocols
• Familiarity with device lifecycle management
