Position: Project Controller

Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Monitor and control project budgets and forecasts
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports
• Develop ROI models for plant CAPEX projects
• Track and report on Construction in Progress (CIP)
• Collaborate with project managers for financial alignment
• Track and report on KPIs and project milestones
• Support development of project proposals
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Assist in audits related to project financials
• Identify and escalate financial risks

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in project controlling or financial analysis
• Proficiency in financial systems like Made to Manage or SAP
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in publicly traded company or SOX compliance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, PMP)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile)
• Collaborative mindset and cross-functional work experience
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
