Position: HRIS Analyst

Compensation: $40 – $50 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Overland Park,

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled HRIS Analyst to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Administer and support HRIS platforms like UKG, Dayforce, and SAP.
• Maintain HR data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
• Support compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot HR system integrations and interfaces.
• Partner with IT on access-related processes and audits.
• Document HRIS processes and maintain SOPs.
• Assist with HR workflow automation and system upgrades.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to translate business requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience in a complex organization.
• Experience with UKG and/or Ceridian Dayforce.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in HR system integrations and interfaces.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with BI, Power Query, and data visualization.
• HRIS implementation experience.
• Excellent communication skills across IT, Finance, etc.
