Position: Wealth Management Operations Specialist

Compensation: $30 – $32 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Wealth Management Operations Specialist to join their team!

Join a dynamic team dedicated to managing client accounts within the Wealth Management Services group. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in the financial industry, working in a collaborative environment. The position is open to support expanding operations and ensure seamless account management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Open and close client accounts efficiently
• Manage cash receipt and disbursement processes
• Process income, expenses, and monitor fees
• Coordinate documentation with business teams and vendors
• Resolve Trust account processing issues
• Provide backup support within the business group
• Identify solutions for exception processing
• Communicate effectively in writing and speaking

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate’s Degree in a business-related field
• 3+ years’ experience in the security industry
• Strong detail orientation and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Trust account management
• Familiarity with financial documentation processes
