Position: Recruiter

Compensation: $52,000 – $58,240 annually, depending on experience

Location: Pryor, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Recruiter to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to expanding their workforce in the HVAC and manufacturing industry. The company is experiencing significant growth, and this role is crucial in building a strong pipeline of skilled employees. The position is primarily on-site, offering a chance to work closely with the team and make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Recruit and hire for hourly positions
• Advertise job openings to maximize applicant pool
• Communicate promptly with applicants about application status
• Conduct phone/video interviews and reference checks
• Attend job fairs and school visits to source talent
• Promote employee referral programs
• Coordinate training and maintain training matrix
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Related degree or equivalent experience desired
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Basic understanding of employment law
• Organizational and leadership skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Mediation and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Project management skills
