Position: Owner Relations Representative

Compensation: $19 – $23/hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Owner Relations Representative to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Investigate and respond to phone calls and emails
• Navigate systems to retrieve information for inquiries
• Coordinate with business units for inquiry resolution
• Perform comment coding and routing processes
• Update owner accounts with address changes
• Send written correspondence to correct departments
• Perform related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 0-2 years related work experience
• Knowledge of customer service principles
• Ability to navigate multiple computer programs
• Basic knowledge of oil and gas vocabulary

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
• Basic knowledge of lease provisions and types
• Understanding of Division Order and Revenue Accounting
