Position: HR Technology Specialist

Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Katy, Texas, ONSITE

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled HR Technology Specialist to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Maintain and enhance Workday-powered HR platform
• Manage configurations in HCM, Recruiting, Talent, and Compensation
• Troubleshoot tier 2 inquiries and resolve data issues
• Deliver technical support for seamless HR operations
• Lead bi-annual Workday releases and oversee timelines
• Conduct regression testing and deploy new features
• Create detailed documentation and manage surveys
• Collaborate with analysts to optimize processes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Specific Workday experience
• Experience with PeopleSoft or Oracle
• Customer-focused approach
• Strong interpersonal skills
