Position: Hexagon EAM Developer

Compensation: $102,000 – $154,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Full Remote

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Hexagon EAM Developer to join their team!

Join a dynamic environment where you will lead and participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for an Enterprise Asset Management platform. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work remotely while contributing to a major utility serving Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions
• Create and update system documentation and training materials
• Manage projects through the entire system development lifecycle
• Gather and document business requirements
• Coordinate development activities with team members and management
• Identify opportunities to deploy solutions in other business areas
• Consult with users to ensure effective use of technology solutions
• Coach and review work of lower-level professionals
• Solve complex software development problems

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Hexagon EAM, HXGN, or Infor EAM
• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with multiple development languages and platforms
• Proficiency in software development and programming concepts
• Experience with database management systems
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methodology

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with basic infrastructure concepts
• Ability to apply math, algebra, and statistical methods
• Effective communication and presentation skills
