Position: eCommerce Marketing Specialist

Compensation: $ 60,000 – 70,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Fuquay Varina, North Carolina

Join a dynamic team dedicated to driving revenue through innovative eCommerce strategies. This role is pivotal in optimizing conversion rates and enhancing customer experience through deep analysis and strategic changes. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Analyze conversion rates using Google Analytics
• Identify improvement areas for bounce and cart abandonment rates
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations for consistent email campaigns
• Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize website performance
• Enhance user experience through strategic page adjustments
• Develop insights from web analytics to drive revenue growth

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficiency in web analytics platforms
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Strong analytical skills and report generation
• Technical expertise in eCommerce infrastructure
• Ability to drive strategic changes based on data insights

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in digital transformation projects
• Background in creative/content development
• Knowledge of advanced A/B testing techniques
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping
