Position: Tier 1 IT Support

Compensation: $20 – $24 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Fully Remote

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Tier 1 IT Support to join their team!

Are you ready to dive into the world of IT support with a dynamic team? We’re looking for a Tier 1 IT Support Technician to tackle exciting challenges and make a real impact. This role offers the chance to work remotely, solving everyday IT issues and ensuring smooth operations. Join us and be part of a team that values innovation and growth!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide technical support to users remotely
• Assist with POS systems and pen pad issues
• Resolve network and printer problems
• Log and escalate tickets as needed
• Collaborate with Tier 2 support for complex issues
• Follow documentation for troubleshooting

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Basic experience with computers
• CompTIA+ certification or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable in logging and escalating tickets

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Previous IT support experience
• Knowledge of POS systems
