Position: eCommerce Operations Lead

Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Fuquay Varina, North Carolina

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled eCommerce Operations Lead to join their team!

Join a dynamic team focused on digital growth and transformation! As an eCommerce Operations Lead, you'll play a vital role in optimizing digital strategy and driving revenue growth. This exciting opportunity supports the company's 2026 business plan and includes a hybrid work structure with a collaborative and fun marketing team.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead punchout integration projects with customers and partners
• Maintain and update web catalog functionality
• Provide level 2 support for eCommerce issues
• Coordinate system enhancements with development teams
• Manage pricing mismatches and product configuration problems
• Conduct semi-annual system upgrades
• Utilize Hotjar to resolve user error issues

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Expertise in Connected Commerce and punchout processes
• Experience with NetSuite and TradeCentric integration
• Strong problem-solving skills in eCommerce settings
• Ability to manage and coordinate technical projects

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with SAP platform integration
• Experience with Suite Commerce Advance platform
• Knowledge of web catalog maintenance tools
