Position: Operational Technology Analyst

Compensation: $40 – $50/hour, depending on experience

Location: ONSITE – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Operational Technology Analyst to join their team!

This is an exciting contract role with a growing organization in the industrial sector. The company is expanding its IT and operational technology teams, presenting an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about cybersecurity and infrastructure. This is a new headcount position, created to support enhanced security initiatives and ensure robust operational technology environments. Candidates who excel in this role will have the potential for contract extension or conversion to a permanent position. The team values autonomy, collaboration, and offers a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead implementation of Red Network Security protocols for operations technology
• Review and action third-party cybersecurity assessment recommendations
• Ensure operational environments are secure and compliant
• Assess and recommend optimal hardware for operational infrastructure
• Oversee PI (Plant Information) hardware and framework initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support security objectives
• Participate in hybrid work schedule with occasional site travel if needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with PI hardware and PI framework
• Strong background in operational technology environments
• Ability to interpret and implement cybersecurity recommendations
• Experience in industrial, chemical, oil & gas, or manufacturing settings
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with networking and network security in OT environments
• Background in operational technology cybersecurity
