Position: Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $17 – $18/hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Customer Service Representative to join their team!
Step into a dynamic role where you will be a crucial part of the claims customer service team! This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment. This opportunity has opened due to seasonal demand and provides a great chance to showcase your skills and make an immediate impact during the contract period.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Handle initial notice of loss for AFR policies
• Set up claims and enter reserves as directed
• Assign new claims to adjusters with necessary documentation
• Assist claimants with policy questions and concerns
• Comply with records management requirements
• Process reserve changes and checks
• Prepare and process outgoing mail packets

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in basic math operations
• Knowledge of multiple claims systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a call center environment
• Familiarity with insurance claims processes
• Strong organizational skills
