Position: Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $17 – $18/hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Customer Service Representative to join their team!
Step into a dynamic role where you will be a crucial part of the claims customer service team! This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment. Ideal for someone looking to expand their skills in claims processing while delivering top-notch customer service. This opportunity has opened due to seasonal demand and provides a great chance to showcase your skills and make an immediate impact during the contract period.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Handle initial notice of loss for AFR policies
- Set up claims and enter reserves as directed
- Assign new claims to adjusters with necessary documentation
- Assist claimants with policy questions and concerns
- Comply with records management requirements
- Process reserve changes and checks
- Prepare and process outgoing mail packets
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in basic math operations
- Knowledge of multiple claims systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with insurance claims processes
- Strong organizational skills
