Position: Bookkeeping Manager
Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Edmond, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Bookkeeping Manager to join their team!
Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic accounting environment? This opportunity offers the chance to oversee daily bookkeeping operations and payroll processing for diverse clients. You'll work closely with the tax team to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial records. This role is perfect for an expert in QuickBooks with strong leadership skills, ready to step into a key position within a respected firm.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations for multiple clients
- Review and approve account reconciliations
- Ensure accurate transaction recording in accounting software
- Process payroll efficiently and accurately
- Conduct detailed reviews of financial statements
- Collaborate with tax team for compliance
- Provide training to improve team accuracy and efficiency
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Serve as point of contact for complex client issues
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Expert-level proficiency with QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting
- Experience in payroll processing
- Ability to analyze financial statements
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- CPA certification
- Experience in a public accounting or multi-client environment
- Experience working with diverse industries

- Occasional overtime required during peak times
- Interview process involves onsite interviews
- Work schedule: Fully onsite, M-F, 8am-5pm
