Position: Tax Manager

Compensation: $125,000 – $160,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage income tax calculations and compliance for joint venture tax partnerships
• Lead tax projects like restructuring, due diligence, and transactional analysis
• Provide tax advice on acquisitions, divestitures, and business transactions
• Research and document technical income tax positions
• Develop and implement impactful income tax strategies
• Review complex income tax returns and provision calculations
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Delegate and manage staff to resolve tax issues
• Collaborate with other departments to gather data for tax calculations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 10+ years of federal income tax management experience
• Extensive knowledge of partnership taxation
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent income tax research and writing skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Tax/Accounting
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
• Experience in managing tax special projects from planning to completion
