Position: Senior CRM Administrator
Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Kansas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Administer day-to-day CRM operations
- Manage user permissions and security controls
- Support system configurations and enhancements
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer service teams
- Gather requirements and recommend CRM solutions
- Train users and encourage best practices
- Integrate systems and platforms
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-7 years of CRM administration experience
- Experience with Enterprise CRMs like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Hubspot
- Strong communication skills
- API integration experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Financial Services experience
- CRM implementation experience
