Position: Senior CRM Administrator

Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Kansas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior CRM Administrator to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Administer day-to-day CRM operations
• Manage user permissions and security controls
• Support system configurations and enhancements
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer service teams
• Gather requirements and recommend CRM solutions
• Train users and encourage best practices
• Integrate systems and platforms

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5-7 years of CRM administration experience
• Experience with Enterprise CRMs like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Hubspot
• Strong communication skills
• API integration experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Financial Services experience
• CRM implementation experience
