Position: Outside Sales Representative

Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Outside Sales Representative to join their team!

The role is open due to expansion and the need to cover the DFW area effectively. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prospect and manage client relationships autonomously
• Attend team meetings onsite every Monday
• Conduct meetings and COI’s weekly
• Achieve set sales targets and ramp-up quotas
• Collaborate with the team and management effectively
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in PEO B2B sales
• Strong prospecting and relationship management skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with the DFW market
• Prior experience in a similar industry
