Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist 

Compensation: $21 – $23 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Receivable Accountant to join their team!

Are you ready to dive into a dynamic role with a leading organization? We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to support financial operations for a minimum of 3-4 months, with the potential for extension. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in financial transactions and account reconciliations. Join a team where your skills in data entry and resolving accounting discrepancies will shine!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Post payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Data entry and management using basic Excel skills
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate reporting
• Support month-end closing activities
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience in processing financial transactions
• Proficiency in basic Excel functions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to resolve accounting discrepancies

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with accounting software
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards
• Previous experience in a similar role
