Position: Customer Experience Associate

Compensation: $43,000 – $48,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process and manage customer orders accurately
• Coordinate with production planning to determine lead times
• Communicate order details to internal and external customers
• Utilize reporting systems for order entry
• Handle customer orders, changes, and returns per policy
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet customer expectations
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication
• Recommend process improvements for efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of orders and interactions

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High School diploma or GED required
• 3–5 years of data entry experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Associate degree in a business-related field
• Manufacturing/factory experience
• HVAC product knowledge
