Position: Senior IT Project Manager

Compensation: $65 – 76/hour, depending on experience

Location: Atlanta, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior IT Project Manager to join their team!

Join a leading company in the retail food industry as a Senior IT Project Manager. You’ll lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting real estate technology platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge systems, collaborate with diverse teams, and drive significant technological improvements in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of real estate system initiatives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity
• Coordinate system integrations with ERP, finance, and data platforms
• Act as primary point of contact for business stakeholders
• Lead vendor relationships and hold them accountable
• Ensure adherence to PMO governance standards
• Manage project financials, including budget tracking and forecasting
• Drive adoption through change management and training coordination

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in IT project or program management
• Strong understanding of real estate lifecycle concepts
• Must have experience working in an enterprise-level environment
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Expertise with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Strong financial acumen, including budget ownership and forecasting
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills
• Proficiency in JIRA, including building and running queries

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience integrating real estate systems with ERP or financial platforms
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification
• Background in retail, restaurant, or multi-site real estate environments
• Experience with real estate management software (e.g., Tango, Lucernex)
• Experience with franchisee / franchise life cycle management
