Position: IT Site Support Engineer

Compensation: $ 33 – 36 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Pittsburg, Pennsylvania

As an IT Site Support Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems across multiple hospital locations. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Oversee daily IT operations across hospital locations
• Ensure continuous availability of network equipment and medical devices
• Lead rapid response to IT incidents affecting clinical operations
• Log and track calls using an enterprise ticketing system
• Manage onboarding processes for new staff
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams
• Support a 24/7 operational environment
• Travel up to 40% to provide hands-on support

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate’s degree in computer information systems or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in technical support or systems administration
• Knowledge of networking and desktop support
• Experience with Windows users in a Microsoft Active Directory environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology preferred
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance
• Healthcare IT standards knowledge
• Strong communication and leadership skills
