Position: Senior Credit Analyst
Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Addison, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Evaluate financial status of potential customers
- Monitor existing client accounts
- Perform risk assessments and analysis
- Write detailed reports on credit evaluations
- Assist lending staff in credit underwriting
- Ensure compliance with bank’s loan policy
- Collaborate with branches and departments
- Maintain credit memorandum standardization
- Monitor credit risks and recommend grading changes
- Participate in industry associations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 5+ years of credit analysis/underwriting experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
