Position: Senior Credit Analyst

Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Addison, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Evaluate financial status of potential customers
• Monitor existing client accounts
• Perform risk assessments and analysis
• Write detailed reports on credit evaluations
• Assist lending staff in credit underwriting
• Ensure compliance with bank’s loan policy
• Collaborate with branches and departments
• Maintain credit memorandum standardization
• Monitor credit risks and recommend grading changes
• Participate in industry associations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• 5+ years of credit analysis/underwriting experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
