Position: HR Generalist

Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop and maintain HR policies and employee handbooks
• Assist in HR operations and support compliance efforts
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution
• Conduct exit interviews and support employee engagement
• Administer benefits and process leave-of-absence documentation
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Coordinate with vendors for compliance programs
• Support HR leadership in audits and regulatory requests

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3–5 years of HR experience in a generalist role
• Hands-on experience with Workday
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law
• Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in multi-location or multi-state environments
• HR certification (SHRM-CP or equivalent)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
