Position: Endpoint Systems Engineer
Compensation: $ 45 – 50 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Endpoint Systems Engineer to join their team!

With a 9-month contract and potential for extension, this role is open due to expanding projects. Be part of a dynamic team that supports a rapidly growing brand.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Monitor and troubleshoot Windows 10 Images across devices
- Develop and maintain Change and Release Management routines
- Act as point of contact for escalations from business partners
- Lead strategic initiatives and collaborate with internal departments
- Create and design restaurant architecture documentation
- Manage preventative maintenance for restaurant infrastructure
- Apply strong knowledge of Windows 10 Desktop Environment
- Improve vendor relationships and develop automation strategies
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years in Windows 10 Engineering or Desktop Administration
- Senior Windows technical experience or 7+ years equivalent
- 3+ years in project management for time-sensitive projects
- Expert in designing and supporting Windows 10 & 11 Desktop Images
- Experience with PCI Compliance and LAN/WAN concepts
- Working knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python)
- Strong knowledge of Ivanti Neurons and Endpoint Manager
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- 8-10 years supporting organizations with multiple remote sites
- Python and POS Support Experience
- Landesk/Neurons Experience
