Position: Endpoint Systems Engineer

Compensation: $ 45 – 50 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Endpoint Systems Engineer to join their team!

With a 9-month contract and potential for extension, this role is open due to expanding projects. Be part of a dynamic team that supports a rapidly growing brand.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Monitor and troubleshoot Windows 10 Images across devices
• Develop and maintain Change and Release Management routines
• Act as point of contact for escalations from business partners
• Lead strategic initiatives and collaborate with internal departments
• Create and design restaurant architecture documentation
• Manage preventative maintenance for restaurant infrastructure
• Apply strong knowledge of Windows 10 Desktop Environment
• Improve vendor relationships and develop automation strategies

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years in Windows 10 Engineering or Desktop Administration
• Senior Windows technical experience or 7+ years equivalent
• 3+ years in project management for time-sensitive projects
• Expert in designing and supporting Windows 10 & 11 Desktop Images
• Experience with PCI Compliance and LAN/WAN concepts
• Working knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python)
• Strong knowledge of Ivanti Neurons and Endpoint Manager

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• 8-10 years supporting organizations with multiple remote sites
• Python and POS Support Experience
• Landesk/Neurons Experience
