Position: IT Field Support Specialist

Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Join a dynamic team as an IT Field Support Specialist, where you will be at the forefront of technology, supporting and managing Windows workstations, tablets, and fleet devices. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Configure and deploy Windows workstations and tablets
• Implement and maintain mobile device management solutions
• Monitor and troubleshoot fleet tablets for vehicle tracking
• Perform hardware and software upgrades and repairs
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve compatibility issues
• Ensure compliance with security policies

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate’s degree in computer science or related field
• Experience in workstation and mobile device support
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and tablets
• Experience with device management platforms like Microsoft Intune
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Travel is required

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a networked enterprise environment
• Familiarity with fleet management technologies
• Experience with mobile device tracking solutions
