Position: Application Analyst

Compensation: $30 – $42/hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

The role is open to build a robust Application Support team, offering room for growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Perform system maintenance, including upgrades and patches
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with operational needs
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Develop and maintain system documentation
• Deliver training and ongoing support to end users
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations
• Participate in system testing and deployment activities
• Monitor application performance and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise application support
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in technical guidance and mentorship
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Quorum/SAP, Merrick, and Peloton applications
• Knowledge of automation and workflow optimization
• Experience in system testing and quality assurance
