Position: Business Analyst

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Denver, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a top energy company to help find a skilled Business Analyst to join their team!

As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and business objectives, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Build strong relationships with internal departments.
• Analyze and document business processes for efficiency.
• Identify and resolve inefficiencies through technology.
• Conduct vendor evaluations and manage upgrade projects.
• Create and deliver training materials and classes.
• Contribute to project execution and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Oil and energy application experience- any Land or Accounting applications specifically 
• 2 years’ experience in application support or help desk.
• Strong communication skills with all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic understanding of computer equipment and peripherals.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4 years’ experience with business and applications.
• Experience with change management and strategic skills.
