Position: Service Desk Specialist

Compensation: $35 – $40 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Sabine Pass, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Service Desk Specialist to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service and IT support
• Manage and resolve tickets in the queue
• Support Azure AD, O365, and Intune
• Maintain composure under pressure
• Work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
• Participate in rotating shift schedules
• Collaborate with team members for optimal support
• Ensure effective remote support during overnight shifts

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-3 years of IT support experience
• Proficiency in Azure AD and O365
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Intune
• Familiarity with remote support tools
