Position: Bridge Engineer

Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Bridge Engineer to join their team!

Are you ready to take the lead in delivering bridge design projects for top transportation clients? Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead and deliver bridge design projects for transportation clients
• Manage project plans and timelines
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams
• Mentor and support junior engineers
• Contribute to major projects, including highway interchanges
• Collaborate in a fast-paced consulting environment

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Experience with ODOT and/or OTA projects
• Strong background in bridge engineering and design
• Proven leadership or mentorship experience
• Self-starter with strong communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Bentley inRoads and/or OpenRoads experience
• Experience from a consulting firm like Gurnsey or CEC
• Problem-solving skills in complex projects
