Position: CAD Technician

Compensation: $50,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled CAD Technician to join their team!

With over a century of experience, this firm is renowned for delivering solutions on some of the largest infrastructure projects across the country. Based in Oklahoma City, you’ll be integral to the growth of their transportation design practice, working on local and statewide highway transportation projects. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare drawings with CADD in a team environment
• Assist with plan preparation and gather information
• Process survey data and create meeting exhibits
• Verify drawing accuracy and compatibility across disciplines
• Calculate design data and prepare detailed specifications
• Attend project and pre-construction meetings
• Resolve technical design problems
• Perform field investigations and inspections
• Maintain complex project plans
• Develop documentation and monitor project goals

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or related field
• 6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education/experience
• Proficiency with Bentley Microstation software
• Ability to interpret design sketches
• Familiarity with transportation terminology

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Good time management skills
• Good communication skills
• 2 years’ experience with transportation/roadway projects
• Openness to applying skills to new processes
