Position: PC Refresh Lead

Compensation: $40 – $45 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled PC Refresh Lead to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a companywide PC Refresh initiative, ensuring a seamless transition for end-users while maintaining IT standards. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead daily PC Refresh operations and team coordination
• Coordinate work assignments and priorities for team members
• Serve as escalation point for complex refresh issues
• Ensure adherence to IT policies and project timelines
• Image, configure, and deploy laptops/desktops to standards
• Perform data migration and technical support during refresh
• Coordinate collection and return of old devices
• Maintain inventory and asset tracking records
• Document deployments, issues, and resolutions
• Provide regular status updates to IT leadership

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in PC refreshes and hardware rollouts
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware
• Experience with imaging and configuring enterprise laptops/desktops
• Hands-on experience with data migration and user setup
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead work efforts and remain hands-on technically
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience leading small technical teams or projects
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and services
• Knowledge of Active Directory and device management tools
• Asset management and inventory tracking processes
• Prior experience in a corporate or enterprise IT environment
