Position: Senior Systems Administrator

Compensation: $38 to $44/hr 

Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join their team!

Join a thriving, family-owned organization as a Senior Systems Administrator, where you'll support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. This role offers the chance to work closely with IT leadership and elevate team performance alongside two junior administrators. If you're seeking stability in a senior-level role, this is your opportunity to take ownership of critical infrastructure responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Administer and support Windows-based systems and infrastructure
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and user environments
• Optimize Microsoft 365 environment
• Maintain on-prem Exchange servers
• Develop backup and recovery strategies
• Write and maintain PowerShell scripts
• Troubleshoot system and network-related issues
• Manage multi-factor authentication solutions
• Build, configure, and repair PCs
• Support virtual environments (VMware and Hyper-V)

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5–7 years of Systems Administration experience
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory & Group Policy
• Experience with Microsoft 365
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• Experience with virtualization platforms
• Solid troubleshooting skills
• Ability to build and repair PCs
• Strong communication skills

• Current IT certifications
