Position: Project Scheduler

Compensation: $60 – $70 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Scheduler to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Create and maintain master project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Assist in preparing Project Controls reports, including schedule and progress reports
• Analyze project schedules based on earned value forecasts and critical path
• Support project management in resolving planning and scheduling issues
• Communicate scheduling requirements to contractors
• Identify and report critical issues and diminishing performance
• Ensure alignment with project cost analysts
• Develop scheduling policies and procedures
• Analyze schedule progress versus planned progress
• Travel to field locations may be required, less than 20% of time

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related position
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in teams
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office
• Ability to operate standard PC-based programs
