Position: Accounts Receivable Manager

Compensation: $110k – $135k, depending on experience

Location: Lakewood, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Receivable Manager to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead AR strategy and operations
• Develop and execute AR operating plans
• Oversee invoicing, cash application, and collections
• Direct customer outreach to reduce past due balances
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies
• Implement process improvements for efficiency
• Produce and present AR performance reports
• Lead and develop a high-performing AR team
• Support audit readiness and compliance

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 6+ years progressive AR experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience in AR
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
