Position: Energy Management Field Technician

Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Conroe, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Energy Management Field Technician to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Operate and maintain natural gas storage equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair process instrumentation
• Install and configure PLCs, SCADA, and HMI systems
• Perform low-voltage electrical testing and diagnostics
• Calibrate sensors and control loops for accuracy
• Develop and implement control system solutions
• Document equipment maintenance and modifications
• Train staff on electrical and instrumentation systems
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies
• Operate light-duty vehicles safely

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2+ years with AC/DC circuits and motor controls
• 2+ years in natural gas operations
• Proficiency in P&ID and electrical drawings
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
• Effective communication skills
• Technical and mechanical aptitude

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Technical Electrical Certificate
• GTI Energy Certificate
• Experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, Click PLC
• Knowledge of LNG & CNG process flow
• Texas Railroad Commission LNG/CNG Certification
